About The Position

We’re hiring a Family Medicine Physician who wants competitive compensation, dedicated administrative time, and the opportunity to provide meaningful primary care in a supportive, community-focused environment. You’ll step into an outpatient primary care role focused on preventive medicine, chronic disease management, and comprehensive patient care. You’ll work alongside a collaborative multidisciplinary team with integrated behavioral health resources and a focus on quality care over patient volume. This is a full-time, 40-hour workweek role in a 100% outpatient primary care setting, with 75% direct patient care and 25% protected administrative time (approximately 30 clinical hours and 10 administrative hours weekly). The position is with an established nonprofit community health center serving the area for over 50 years, offering a collaborative team of physicians, advanced practice providers, and clinical support staff, with integrated behavioral health resources. The focus is on quality care, continuity, and meaningful patient relationships, with an opportunity to serve underserved communities in a supportive, mission-driven clinical environment.

Requirements

  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree
  • Completion of an accredited medical residency
  • Active New Hampshire medical license or eligibility to obtain one
  • DEA registration or eligibility to obtain it
  • Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
  • Comfortable diagnosing and managing acute and chronic medical conditions
  • Value preventive medicine, patient education, and continuity of care
  • Enjoy working in a collaborative, patient-centered environment
