About The Position
Carondelet Medical Group is seeking a Family Medicine Physician for a full-time, employed position. This is an outpatient-only practice with no hospital rounding or inpatient responsibilities. The physician will join an established practice with strong existing patient panels, allowing for a short ramp-up period. The role is within a mission-driven, physician-led organization that is part of a 100+ provider multi-specialty group, offering robust specialist support and referral infrastructure. The practice emphasizes a collaborative culture with a shared commitment to continuity of care and community health, respecting the physician's time and investing in their success.
Requirements
- MD or DO
- Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine
- Eligible for Arizona medical licensure
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, continuity-based care.
- Practice outpatient-only family medicine.
- Collaborate with a robust team of primary care and specialist colleagues.
- Manage established patient panels.
