About The Position

Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Family Medicine Physician in Willow Creek, California. This is an outpatient-only Family Medicine role serving a mission-driven rural Northern California community. The physician will have the opportunity to care for a diverse patient population with complex primary care needs in a collaborative care environment with integrated behavioral health and specialty support. The role features a strong team structure including medical assistants, RN support, and virtual triage services, with flexible full-time scheduling and strong onboarding and mentorship support.

Requirements

  • MD or DO REQUIRED
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine REQUIRED
  • Active California medical license or ability to obtain REQUIRED
  • Comfortable managing outpatient primary care patient panels REQUIRED
  • Team-based and mission-driven mindset REQUIRED
