About The Position

Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Family Medicine Physician in Martinsville, Virginia. This is a fully outpatient Family Medicine opportunity focused on preventive care, chronic disease management, and longitudinal patient relationships. The physician will treat patients of all ages within an established primary care setting, with no inpatient responsibilities or hospital call requirements. The role is supported by a full clinical team while maintaining autonomy in clinical practice, and offers a flexible scheduling structure with remote administrative time available.

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
• Comfortable treating patients of all ages
• Strong outpatient primary care skills
• Collaborative, team-based care mindset
• Comfortable practicing independently within outpatient environment
• New graduates and experienced physicians welcome

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient Family Medicine services to patients of all ages
• Manage preventive care and chronic disease treatment plans
• Maintain continuity of care within panel-based outpatient practice
• Collaborate with support staff and clinical team to coordinate patient care
• Maintain timely and accurate EMR documentation
