About The Position

Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Family Medicine Physician in Erie, Pennsylvania. This is an outpatient Family Medicine role within a mission-driven community healthcare organization, offering comprehensive primary care focused on long-term patient relationships and continuity of care. Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine REQUIRED
• Active Pennsylvania medical license or ability to obtain REQUIRED
• Active DEA license or ability to obtain REQUIRED
• Team-based and community-focused clinical approach REQUIRED

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services across the lifespan
• Manage preventative care and chronic disease treatment plans
• Deliver patient-centered care within collaborative outpatient setting
• Support continuity of care and long-term patient relationships
• Work alongside interdisciplinary support staff and clinical teams
