About The Position

Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care for patients across the lifespan. Join a newly established FQHC clinic opening in April 2026. Practice in a structured, template-based outpatient setting with no hospital responsibilities. See approximately 15-20 patients per day with capped scheduling templates. Receive administrative time once the panel reaches 200 patients per month. Work with an engaged leadership team providing onboarding, mentorship, and clinical support.

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine.
• MD or DO.
• Missouri medical license or ability to obtain.
• Comfortable providing primary care across the lifespan.
• Strong interest in outpatient community health.
• Comfortable with a 20-mile non-compete radius.
• New graduates welcome with strong onboarding support.

Responsibilities
