Family Medicine Physician (FP)
About The Position
We are seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join our team in Houghton, NY. This outpatient primary care role offers flexible scheduling, the chance to build meaningful patient relationships, and the opportunity to make a lasting impact in a mission-driven community health setting. You will provide preventive care, chronic disease management, and acute care to patients of all ages. As part of a Federally Qualified Health Center serving a rural region across Western New York and Pennsylvania, you will benefit from strong clinical support, manageable patient volume, and opportunities to teach future physicians.
Requirements
- M.D. or D.O. degree from an accredited medical school.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine.
- Hold or be eligible for medical licensure in New York.
- Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered primary care.
- Enjoy caring for patients of all ages.

Responsibilities
- Provide preventive care, chronic disease management, and acute care to patients of all ages.
- Perform in-office procedures based on experience and preference.
- Teach future physicians through affiliation with the UB Family Medicine Rural 1-2 Track Residency Program.

- Base salary: $205,000–$246,000 based on experience.
