Sentara Medical Group has a Family Medicine opening in Virginia Beach, VA at our SMG Family Medicine Chimney Hill clinic. Join Sentara's established practice working full-time with flexible hours. Call is minimal, phone only and triaged first 24/7 by an RN. Our collegial and innovative team treats a diverse population in our well-supported clinic with 1:1 staff support. We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay range for full-time employment is $256,505.60 - $353,808.00 annually. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call pay, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs. Note: If an annual salary is posted, it is based on a full-time colleague working 2,080 hours annually.
