About The Position

The Family Medicine Physician will deliver comprehensive primary care in an outpatient setting. This role involves providing preventive, chronic, and acute care services, collaborating with a multi-disciplinary care team, and maintaining accurate documentation in compliance with standards. The physician will also participate in practice development and quality initiatives. The position is permanent and full-time, located in Mount Airy, NC, within a 133-bed facility that offers full hospital services and specialty referrals. The practice focuses on pediatrics, adults, and geriatrics, with an average daily volume of 25 patients. The role utilizes the Epic EMR system.

Requirements

• BC/BE in Family Medicine
• Active DEA
• BLS required
• Active NC License or Eligibility to Apply
• All experience levels considered

Benefits

• Base Salary: $275K Annually
• Incentive Bonus Structure: $50K Sign-on bonus
• RVU - $41.75 Threshold at 500 a month.
