Family Medicine Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner needed in Pittsburg, Tx
About The Position
UT Health East Texas Pittsburg RHC is seeking a Family Medicine APP to join the fast-growing family of UT Health East Texas hospitals and clinics. This outpatient-only position involves managing a patient load of 18-22 per day, Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm. The role includes a call schedule of 1:8 (one week per two months). Onsite services include X-Ray, MRI, CT, and Ultrasound. The EMR system used is EPIC, and the support staff includes a mix of CCMA/LVN. The primary responsibilities include providing day-to-day primary care for patients, managing everything from routine checkups and prevention to chronic conditions and acute concerns, and evaluating patients through exams and diagnostics to create and manage treatment plans.
