Requirements

• MD or DO degree
• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Active California medical license or eligible for licensure
• Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care

Responsibilities

• Provide primary care services in a collaborative, team-based environment.
• Manage a patient panel of approximately 16 patients per day.
• Utilize Epic EHR and DAX Copilot AI for documentation.
• Participate in Saturday clinics on a voluntary basis.
