About The Position

OSF HealthCare is seeking a Family Medicine or IM/Peds physician, Board Certified or Board Eligible, to join an excellent work/life balance practice in Galesburg, Illinois. This is an outpatient-only practice supported by a hospitalist service. The practice includes 3 physicians and 7 advanced practice providers in a state-of-the-art primary care setting. Embedded services such as care management, social work, and behavioral health are available. As a Catholic health care organization, partnering with physicians who practice NFP guidelines is essential to their core beliefs and Mission. H1B and J1 visa applications are accepted.

Requirements

Physician Licensed to practice medicine in current state.
Licensed by the Federal Drug Enforcement Administration and the State of Illinois to prescribe narcotics, if applicable.
Board certified or board eligible in the appropriate specialty(ies).
Obtain and maintain medical staff membership and appropriate privileges.
Must be eligible as a provider for Medicare, Medicaid, and other federal health programs.
Physician shall meet all qualifications to participate in OSF's programs for professional malpractice and other liability coverage.

Responsibilities

Provide patient care in an outpatient-only setting.
Participate in a 1:12 call rotation for outpatient call only.
Collaborate with a care team including physicians, advanced practice providers, care management, social work, and behavioral health.
Adhere to NFP guidelines as part of the organization's core beliefs and Mission.
