About The Position

Join a well-known and growing practice with an established patient panel, offering excellent work/life balance. This is an outpatient-only practice supported by a hospitalist service. The call schedule is 1:14 for outpatient call only, with the OSF After-Hours Nurse Triage Center handling first call after hours. You will join 2 physicians and 7 advanced practice providers, with embedded services such as care management, social work, and behavioral health. Clinic hours are Monday-Friday, 7:00 am – 5:00 pm, with an option to work on Saturdays. H1B and J1 visa applications are accepted.

Requirements

Physician Licensed to practice medicine in current state.
Licensed by the Federal Drug Enforcement Administration and the State of Illinois to prescribe narcotics, if applicable.
Board certified or board eligible in the appropriate specialty(ies).
Obtain and maintain medical staff membership and appropriate privileges.
Must be eligible as a provider for Medicare, Medicaid, and other federal health programs.
Shall meet all qualifications to participate in OSF's programs for professional malpractice and other liability coverage.
