About The Position

OSF HealthCare is seeking a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics Physician to join a well-known and growing practice in Kewanee, Illinois. This is an outpatient-only position within a Rural Health Clinic attached to a Critical Access Hospital. The team currently consists of 3 physicians and 4 Advanced Practice Providers (APPs). The clinic offers primary and specialty care, including General Surgery, Podiatry, Orthopedics, Pulmonology, OBGYN, Endocrinology, and Occupational Health. The clinic hours are 7 am-5 pm, Monday through Friday. There is strong collaboration among the three clinics in the local market. The position offers a minimal call schedule of 1:12, with an After-Hours Call Center handling the first call. Requirements

Physician Licensed to practice medicine in current state.
Licensed by the Federal Drug Enforcement Administration and the State of Illinois to prescribe narcotics, if applicable.
Board certified or board eligible in the appropriate specialty(ies).
Must be eligible as a provider for Medicare, Medicaid, and other federal health programs.
