Requirements

• FNP (Family Nurse Practitioner)
• At least 1 year of practice experience.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without employer visa sponsorship.
• Willing to see patients of all ages.
• Regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear.
• Occasionally required to sit and stoop, kneel, crouch.
• Must regularly lift and /or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Perform tasks that involve exposure to blood, body fluids and/or tissues.

Responsibilities
