Requirements
- Board Certified/Board Eligible Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, and Nurse Midwives
- Passionate about providing patient-centered care across the wide spectrum of primary care conditions within a practice.
- Focused on collegiality, professionalism, compassion, personal growth and leadership development.
- Ability to perform common outpatient procedures desired
Responsibilities
- Outpatient primary care with telephone call that averages once every 30 days
- Provide coverage to support extended hours to 7pm M-F as well as future weekend hours of 7a to 7p on Saturday and Sunday.
- Provider will ramp up during time on guarantee to 20-22 PPD.
