Requirements

  • Board Certified/Board Eligible Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, and Nurse Midwives
  • Passionate about providing patient-centered care across the wide spectrum of primary care conditions within a practice.
  • Focused on collegiality, professionalism, compassion, personal growth and leadership development.
  • Ability to perform common outpatient procedures desired

Responsibilities

  • Outpatient primary care with telephone call that averages once every 30 days
  • Provide coverage to support extended hours to 7pm M-F as well as future weekend hours of 7a to 7p on Saturday and Sunday.
  • Provider will ramp up during time on guarantee to 20-22 PPD.
