About The Position

Join a busy, Family Medicine practice in Cherry Valley, Illinois. This role offers an immediate panel of patients and the support of 2 full-time Advanced Practice Providers. The schedule is Monday-Friday with variable extended hours for additional access. This is an outpatient-only position with minimal call, supported by a regional model. The practice utilizes Epic EMR.

Requirements

• Physician Licensed to practice medicine in current state.
• Licensed by the Federal Drug Enforcement Administration and the State of Illinois to prescribe narcotics, if applicable.
• Board certified or board eligible in the appropriate specialty(ies).
• Obtain and maintain medical staff membership and appropriate privileges.
• Must be eligible as a provider for Medicare, Medicaid, and other federal health programs.
• Physician shall meet all qualifications to participate in OSF's programs for professional malpractice and other liability coverage.
