About The Position
DocStar Medical Partners is seeking a Family Medicine MD/DO for a locum tenens opportunity at an FQHC near San Francisco, CA. The assignment is for 3-6 months, with a potential start date as soon as credentialed. The provider will work a 5x8 schedule, seeing an average of 22-24 patients per day. Cases will include bread-and-butter primary care or internal medicine, such as wellness visits, annual physicals, sick visits, chronic disease management, and medication management. The EMR system used is EPIC. A California license and BC certification are required. FQHC experience is preferred, and a minimum of 1 year of experience is necessary (no new grads). Fluency in Spanish is also a requirement. General Practitioners (GPs) will not be considered.
Requirements
- MD/DO degree
- California license
- Board Certified (BC)
- 1+ years of experience (NO NEW GRADS)
- Fluent in Spanish

- FQHC experience preferred
Responsibilities
