About The Position

We’re hiring a Family Medicine Faculty Physician who wants to spend more time shaping future physicians while maintaining a meaningful connection to patient care. You’ll step into an outpatient academic role built around approximately 60% residency education and 40% direct patient care. You’ll have the opportunity to teach, mentor, and develop Family Medicine residents while continuing to practice clinical medicine.

Requirements

• Board Certified in Family Medicine
• Hold or be eligible for a clear and active Florida medical license
• Passionate about resident education and physician mentorship
• Enjoy balancing academic responsibilities with direct patient care
• Value teaching, collaboration, and mission-driven medicine

Nice To Haves

• Graduate Medical Education experience is strongly preferred

• Precept, mentor, and evaluate Family Medicine residents
