Family Medicine - Advanced Practice Provider
About The Position
Carle Health is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to join their growing Family Medicine team in Peoria, Illinois. The position will be based out of the Carle Health Methodist North on North Allen outpatient clinic, located on the Carle Health Methodist Hospital campus. This is an opportunity to join an established practice that includes 5 Family Medicine physicians and 3 Advanced Practice Providers. The clinic operates Monday through Friday from 7 AM to 4:30 PM. The system is fully integrated with clinics and hospitals utilizing Epic EMR to enhance care coordination. As a not-for-profit organization, Carle Health is eligible for public service loan forgiveness.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant
- Current Illinois registered nurse license and advanced practice nurse/physician assistant licensure
