About The Position

Weiser Memorial Hospital is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join their Family Medical Center. This role involves providing relationship-centered primary care to patients across the lifespan within an experienced and collaborative healthcare team. The position offers access to a growing range of specialty services locally, enabling comprehensive care and a visible impact on the community.

Requirements

• Graduation from a school with current licensure from Idaho to practice as a Physician Assistant OR a Nurse Practitioner
• Current Federal DEA and Idaho Controlled Substance License.
• Current BLS.
• ACLS, PALS certifications within one year of hire.
• Scope of practice is related directly to the PA's or NP's supervising physician and Idaho laws and CMS Conditions of Participation.
• Ability and willingness to demonstrate and maintain competency as required for job title and the unit(s) area(s) or assignment.
• Excellent communication skills to include oral and written comprehension/expression.
• Ability and willingness to work with patients’ growth and development needs particularly related to the age of patients in the unit(s) area(s) of assignment.
• Minimum of one (1) year experience in family medicine and/or graduate of Residency Program.
