About The Position

We are a national network of experienced, high -level, freelance attorneys and paralegals who provide remote on -demand support for both short -term and long -term legal projects for our client law firms.
Our WA law firm client is currently in need of experienced and dedicated Washington -based Family Law paralegals.
Schedules can vary according to your availability - minimum hours would be 10 per week; maximum hours would be based upon your availability - to full time!

Responsibilities

• Draft and file legal documents
• Discovery support - responses, deficiency letters
• Settlement proposals
• Temporary Orders
• Motions/proposed orders
• Child support docs
• Manage case calendars and deadlines
• Organize and maintain client files
• Communicate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel
• Provide general administrative support to attorneys
