Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of Arizona family law experience
  • Ability to manage 20-25 active cases, including dissolution, custody, and third-party rights
  • Strong litigation, client management, and communication skills
  • Passion for helping families navigate complex legal matters
  • Driven, detail-oriented, with a settlement-focused, but trial-ready mindset
  • Creative intelligence and a strong work ethic are required.
  • Must submit an up-to-date resume.
  • Must submit a cover letter.
  • Must complete and submit a career history form and a Prescreen Snapshot after initial application.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with high-net-worth clients and business valuations is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Manage 20-25 active cases, including dissolution, custody, and third-party rights.
  • Collaborate daily with a team of attorneys and paralegals.
  • Assist with complex family law cases requiring creativity, tenacity, and legal knowledge.
  • Focus on being a true paralegal, supported by administrative staff.
  • Work closely with an assigned attorney to manage cases and provide support.

  • Minimum base salary of $90,000 per year, or more, depending on experience.
  • Objective quarterly billable hours bonuses totaling $5,000 to $10,000 annually!
  • 30 paid days off annually (10 holidays, 15 vacation days, and 5 personal/sick days).
