Requirements

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from and a valid license to practice law in California
2+ years of experience as a Family Law Litigation Attorney, demonstrating a strong track record of successful case outcomes.
Exceptional research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
Ability to work effectively within a team environment and independently manage a caseload.
Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and the ability to handle sensitive family matters with compassion and discretion.

Responsibilities

Represent clients in family law litigation matters, including divorce, child custody, alimony, child support, and other related legal proceedings.
Conduct legal research, gather evidence, draft legal documents, and provide expert counsel to clients throughout the litigation process.
Advocate for clients in court, mediation, and other dispute resolution proceedings to ensure their rights and interests are protected.
Collaborate with a team of 3 to 4 lawyers to strategize and develop effective legal solutions for our clients.
Stay up-to-date with changes in family law regulations, precedents, and industry trends to provide the most accurate and relevant legal advice.
