About The Position

Antonyan Miranda, LLP is seeking a Family Law Litigation Associate Attorney to join one of California's premier family law litigation teams. This is an opportunity to learn from some of California's most accomplished family law attorneys while working on high-level, high stakes matters. From day one, you'll work alongside Certified Family Law Specialists, experienced trial attorneys, in-house forensic accountants, dedicated discovery attorneys, appellate attorneys, and senior litigators on some of the most complex family law matters in Southern California, including high-asset divorces, contested custody disputes, domestic violence cases, and sophisticated financial litigation.

Requirements

Litigation experience preferred, although exceptional candidates with less experience will be considered
Licensed and in good standing with the California Bar
Strong legal writing, analytical, and advocacy skills
Exceptional attention to detail
Desire to become a highly skilled courtroom advocate
Strong work ethic, professionalism, and commitment to client service
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Family law experience is preferred but not required for exceptional candidates.

Responsibilities

Draft pleadings, motions, declarations, and other litigation documents for both your own cases and complex matters handled by senior attorneys and partners
Appear in court and argue hearings
Conduct legal research and assist in developing litigation strategy
Actively participate in depositions, mediations, settlement conferences, and trial preparation
Work directly with clients from intake through all phases of litigation
Collaborate with partners and senior attorneys on complex family law matters
Manage increasing levels of responsibility as your experience and skills develop
