This is an outstanding opportunity to step into an active caseload, work directly alongside an experienced attorney, and make an immediate impact in a growing practice. Requirements

• Licensed Ohio attorney in good standing.
• Experience handling family law matters, including divorce, dissolution, custody, and related domestic relations cases.
• Ability to independently manage cases from intake through resolution.
• Comfortable appearing in court, conducting hearings, and preparing for trial.
• Strong client communication and relationship management skills.
• Organized, dependable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

• Approximately 6 months to 10+ years of family law experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle family law matters from inception through trial, including divorce, dissolution, custody, and related proceedings.
• Work directly with an experienced attorney who provides mentorship while allowing autonomy.
• Receive strong support from experienced family law paralegals.
• Help shape the firm's continued growth and expansion.
