About The Position

The primary responsibility of the FIS is to build safe, supportive, and therapeutic relationships that promote each child's growth, stability, and success. Through consistent, trauma-informed interactions, the FIS teaches and reinforces healthy coping skills, emotional regulation, problem-solving, conflict resolution, and positive social behaviors during everyday routines and structured therapeutic activities.
