Children and adolescents in our foster care department have experienced multiple types of traumas and loss and require additional supports. The Sociotherapist will carry a caseload of 8-10 children designated as therapeutic and will be responsible for providing interventions that support the wellbeing and safety of children and adolescents in the FFC department. The Sociotherapist will work in close collaboration with the FFC Behavioral Health Team to ensure that the needs of the youth/families are being met through the use of individualized plans and interventions. Position requires flexible scheduling of hours (some evenings and weekends) to meet the needs of the clients.
