This role supports enrollment growth, family engagement, and front desk sales execution to ensure every family receives a consistent, high-quality Aqua-Tots experience. At Aqua-Tots, we are saving lives by teaching children how to become safe and confident swimmers for life. Requirements

  • Sales or customer-facing experience preferred (retail, service, or membership sales is a plus)
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable working toward goals, metrics, and accountability
  • Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
  • Positive attitude with a team-first mindset
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends

Responsibilities

  • Drive Enrollment & Sales – Connect with new and returning families to convert leads into enrollments. Confidently guide families through program options, schedules, and promotions.
  • Manage Leads & Follow-Up – Track and follow up on web leads, inquiries, and tours to ensure no opportunity is missed and every family receives timely communication.
  • Support Front Desk Sales Execution – Partner with the front desk team to reinforce sales best practices, support enrollment conversations, and ensure consistency in messaging.
  • Guide the Family Journey & Experience – Deliver a welcoming, informative, and professional experience for every family interaction, building trust and long-term relationships.
  • Track Performance & Results – Monitor leads, conversions, and follow-ups to support school enrollment goals and overall performance.
  • Represent the Aqua-Tots Brand – Uphold a high standard of professionalism, warmth, and integrity in all interactions.
