About The Position

This role supports enrollment growth, family engagement, and front desk sales execution to ensure every family receives a consistent, high-quality Aqua-Tots experience. At Aqua-Tots, we are saving lives by teaching children how to become safe and confident swimmers for life. Requirements

Sales or customer-facing experience preferred (retail, service, or membership sales is a plus)
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Comfortable working toward goals, metrics, and accountability
Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
Positive attitude with a team-first mindset
Availability to work evenings and weekends

Responsibilities

Connect with new and returning families to convert leads into enrollments.
Confidently guide families through program options, schedules, and promotions.
Track and follow up on web leads, inquiries, and tours to ensure no opportunity is missed and every family receives timely communication.
Partner with the front desk team to reinforce sales best practices, support enrollment conversations, and ensure consistency in messaging.
Deliver a welcoming, informative, and professional experience for every family interaction, building trust and long-term relationships.
Monitor leads, conversions, and follow-ups to support school enrollment goals and overall performance.
Uphold a high standard of professionalism, warmth, and integrity in all interactions.
