About The Position

Be right in the heart of hospitality as you help create memorable moments with guests at our Family Entertainment Center (FEC). You will be the fun at our guest’s day. As you work alongside a team that prioritizes excellence and family-fun, you will perfect your communication and people centered skills.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Prior experience with arcade equipment preferred.
  • Fun and energetic.
  • Responsible and timely.
  • Ability to work as a team.
  • Willing to work with kids of all ages.
  • Ability to stand, walk, climb, bend, and carry 25-50 pounds regularly.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to be on company insurance.
  • Ability to deal with a diversified workforce.
  • Specific vision abilities required: peripheral, distance, close, and depth perception, and ability to adjust vision focus.
  • Regularly required to talk, hear, and sit; use hands to finger, touch, handle, and feel.
  • Frequently required to stand, walk, climb and descend numerous flights of stairs consistently.
  • Required to use hand, arm, and leg to reach, bend, push, pull, stoop, kneel, and crouch.
  • Occasionally lift and move up to 50 pounds daily.
  • Ability to tolerate various temperatures while working outdoors with exposure to high or low temperatures, sun, humidity, chemicals, chlorine and water.
  • Some work performed indoors and/or in an indoor office environment.
  • Stand and walk for the majority of the day.
  • Continuous ability to remember information.

  • Prior experience with arcade equipment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the FEC business, working 8 hours per shift, 5 or 6+ days each week, based on occupancy and staffing demand.
  • Work holidays and weekends during peak demand to ensure efficient operations.
  • Collaborate with team members to bring energy and fun to the themed activities space, including arcade games, bowling, VR arena, and more.
  • Understand and adhere to all safety regulations, operating entertainment systems in accordance with safety measures.
  • Communicate with guests in a friendly and positive manner, running entertainment venues with poise and excellence.
  • Instruct guests on how to operate cashless payment systems.
  • Interact with guests through the prize redemption process and handle prize product merchandising.
  • Host a safe and interactive environment for children and families.
  • Maintain the highest level of cleanliness, maintenance, and care throughout property grounds, pool areas, activity areas, common areas, and back of house areas.
  • Interact with team members and guests in a positive and friendly manner during all shifts and situations.
  • Comply with all company operating policies and procedures.
  • Perform other incidental and related duties as required or assigned.
