About The Position

Girl Scouts of the Missouri Heartland is seeking a Family Engagement & Placement Manager to help girls and families get started and connected to the right Girl Scout experience. In this role, you'll build relationships with families, guide them through their options, and ensure a smooth and welcoming entry into Girl Scouts.

• Comfortable reaching out and building relationships
• Strong communication and ability to guide conversations
• Consistent follow-through and ability to move things forward
• Organized and able to manage multiple priorities
• Thrives in a people-focused, fast-paced environment
• Applicants must reside in the council jurisdiction.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in customer engagement, recruitment, or similar roles is a plus

Responsibilities

• Connect with families and guide them through getting started
• Follow up with prospective members and support registration
• Recommend the best-fit participation pathway for each girl
• Support placement into troops, groups, or other Girl Scout participation options
• Ensure girls are quickly connected to their first experience
• Collaborate with internal teams to support strong experiences
• Ensure that families have a clear next step and feel confident getting started
