About The Position
The Family Development Specialist is responsible for training, evaluating, and screening potential foster parents. The role includes conducting orientation sessions and PRIDE training classes, holding individual assessment meetings, and completing all required paperwork.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Social Work or a related field is required.
- Experience in child welfare is required, or experience conducting assessment work with adults, such as therapy, parenting classes, or case management.
