The Family Development Associate position is within the Child Well Being and Family Wellness Department, specifically for the Emergency Shelter program at Casa Seguras. This is a regular full-time, non-exempt role with a pay rate of $25 per hour. The schedule is Monday through Friday, with the possibility of weekend and evening hours up to 7:30 p.m. SBCS (formerly South Bay Community Services) is a mission-driven organization with over 50 years of experience providing a wide range of services to support the well-being and prosperity of children, youth, and families throughout San Diego.
