As our Clinic LPN located at our Midland's Family Clinic off of Hwy 370 & 84th St, you will be a pivotal healthcare professional, delivering compassionate, high-quality care that truly impacts our patients' well-being and recovery. Requirements

Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing program
Current LPN license in good standing with the state licensing board
Basic Life Support (BLS) – American Heart Association
Completion of IV Therapy Course

Responsibilities

Performs general nursing care to patients by following established clinic workflows.
May perform specific nursing care as it relates to the specialty of the practice.
Obtain and document health history, information on chief complaint, vital signs, and health risk factors and assess disease conditions.
Provide patient care based on practice guidelines, standards of care, and federal/state laws and regulations.
Educate patients and families about health status, health maintenance, and management of acute and chronic conditions.
Performs other duties within scope of role as assigned.
