Carolina Outreach is seeking a full-time Family Centered Treatment Therapist to provide community-based/in-home individual and family therapy for children, youth, adolescents, adults, and their families. The therapist will work with clients and families to assess strengths and needs, assist with planning and developing treatment, recommend and provide services, and maintain oversight of services. The role involves advocating for clients and developing person-centered plans. Therapists will have an average caseload of 4 to 6 youth and/or families and will be supervised by a licensed professional. Duties include creating, monitoring, and revising Person-Centered Plans, providing clinical guidance for crisis and transition plans, delivering individual, family, or group therapy using evidence-based practices, and maintaining written documentation. Therapists must be available 24/7/365 for client and co-worker needs. Direct services involve implementing therapeutic, crisis, and behavioral interventions, working with teams to achieve goals, providing clinical leadership, and offering parent/guardian training.
