As a Family Centered Support Specialist, you’ll work directly with children and youth (ages 3–21) and their caregivers in homes and community settings. In partnership with a Family-Centered Clinician (FCC) who creates the treatment plan, you’ll bring that plan to life—coaching caregivers, teaching practical skills, and supporting the family’s ability to thrive together. Also, to work with the Massachusetts Department of Children and Families (DCF), Safe and Stable Family Services helps families achieve the specific goals outlined in their official DCF service plans, preventing out-of-home placements or helping youth transition back home.
