Requirements
- Must have a minimum of two years of post secondary education and at least two years of experience working with children and families.
- May qualify with four years of combined education and/or relevant experience working with children and families (Rural Iowa Exception).
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (mileage reimbursed).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Nice To Haves
- Bilingual skills are a plus.
- Certification as a Parenting Instructor.
- Facilitation of family decision-making meetings.

Responsibilities
- Providing in-home support and teaching practical skills to strengthen families.
- Connecting families with community resources such as schools, healthcare, and social services.
- Offering crisis intervention and guidance when needed.
- Building strong relationships with families and collaborating with professionals like teachers, doctors, and social workers.
- Developing service plans, monitoring progress, and maintaining accurate documentation.
- Serves as a role model in carrying out activities and behaviors that reflect the values and principles of the Boys Town mission.
