The Family Case Manager provides and coordinates trauma-informed counseling services for a caseload of clients, either adults or children, while serving as the direct service link for facility residents and/or their children to external resources necessary to establish safe and more permanent housing and support in accordance with the mission and vision of the Agency. The mission of WAA is to provide quality, compassionate and non-judgmental services in a manner that fosters self-respect and independence in persons experiencing intimate partner violence through advocacy and community education.
