About The Position
Dream Nannies is currently seeking an experienced, proactive, and highly dependable Family Assistant for a wonderful family near Buckhead with two children, ages 7 and 2. This unique role is perfect for someone who genuinely enjoys balancing the different needs and personalities that come with two very different age groups and who can confidently create meaningful connections with both children. The family is looking for a nanny who can seamlessly step into their home and become a trusted extension of the parents — someone who is warm, engaging, organized, and able to independently manage the flow of the household without needing constant direction or oversight. The ideal candidate is someone who naturally takes initiative and notices what needs to be done before being asked. Whether it’s helping keep the household stocked with everyday essentials, managing family laundry, running errands, preparing simple healthy meals for the family, coordinating schedules, or getting the children to and from extracurricular activities, this person will play a huge role in helping the household run smoothly and efficiently. The family truly values someone who is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of juggling childcare and household support with ease and confidence. This position is Monday through Friday from 1 PM to 9 PM and offers a competitive pay range of $30–$35 per hour for the right fit. The family would love someone who enjoys being active and involved with the children while also bringing calm, capable energy into the home. Travel is also part of the role, so candidates must be comfortable traveling domestically and internationally a few times throughout the year and should already have a valid passport ready to go. Above all, the family is hoping to find someone trustworthy, intuitive, and genuinely invested in becoming a long-term support system for their busy household — someone who can confidently take ownership of their role and help create a fun, organized, and nurturing environment for everyone in the home.
