About The Position
We are looking for a dedicated Family Assistant/Household Operations Manager to help maintain the harmony and flow of our busy, systems-oriented home. With three homeschooled girls (ages 9, 7, and 4) and two self-employed parents working from home, we need a "right hand" to manage household operations and provide attentive childcare. This is a long-term role for someone who loves creating order and nourishing a family through healthy meals and thoughtful organization. There are 2 labs in the home so a nanny that is comfortable with dogs is a must.
Requirements
- Must be able to commit to a minimum one-year contract.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
- Minimum of 2 years paid childcare experience.
- Comfortable with dogs.
Responsibilities
- Managing daily "resets," laundry (start to finish), and maintaining organization systems.
- Preparing healthy meals by following provided recipes and managing food/supply inventory.
- Engaging with our three daughters during scheduled blocks with age-appropriate, attentive care.
- Keeping the home tidy between visits from our weekly professional cleaner.
