Family And Marriage Therapist
About The Position
The Ohana Therapist reports to a Clinical Program Manager and is responsible for providing evaluations and individual, family, and group therapy to children, adolescents and their families. In addition, the Therapist provides mental health education to patients and, as appropriate, to the community and other professionals. Other important dimensions of this position include commitment to continuous learning, innovation, and quality of care and outcomes measurements, professionalism, and working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team. Must have strong interpersonal skills, flexibility, and curiosity as well as comfort prioritizing safety and quality of care.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience providing therapy to children, adolescents and families.
- Strong interpersonal skills, flexibility, and curiosity.
- Comfort prioritizing safety and quality of care.
Nice To Haves
- Training in either Cognitive Behavioral Therapy or Dialectical Behavioral Therapy is preferred, but not required.
Responsibilities
- Providing evaluations and individual, family, and group therapy to children, adolescents and their families.
- Providing mental health education to patients and, as appropriate, to the community and other professionals.

- Participate in training in EBT (evidence-based therapies); education and supervision activities connected to identified areas of clinician interest and programmatic needs of patients.
