Requirements

Associate’s degree in Social Work, Human Services, Family Services, or related field (Bachelor’s preferred).
Pass a physical exam and background check.
Valid driver’s license or reliable transportation required.
Experience in family advocacy, case management, or community outreach preferred.
Bilingual (Spanish)

Responsibilities

Partner with families to set and achieve goals that support their child’s education, health, and well-being.
Connect families with community resources such as healthcare, employment, housing, and social services.
Conduct family assessments, develop family partnership agreements, and track progress toward goals.
Support families in navigating transitions, including preparing children for kindergarten.
Facilitate parent meetings, workshops, and events that strengthen family engagement.
Advocate for families and their needs, ensuring their voices are included in program planning and decision-making.
Collaborate with teachers, center staff, and community partners to provide holistic support for children and families.
