About The Position

The Family Advocate performs advanced service planning and case management and provides quality, comprehensive child and family support services. The role assists families in developing their Family Partnership Agreement and helps connect them with services and supports to achieve their individual and family goals.

Requirements

• Four years of experience in case management, or equivalent experience and training.
• Experience working closely with individuals and families.
• Demonstrated ability to relate to all families on a professional level.
• Must obtain a physical and TB skin test.
• Must pass all criminal history background checks and E-Verify.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work or a related field, preferred.
• Knowledge of conversational Spanish, written and spoken, preferred.
