The Family Advocate II will manage a caseload, assist families in all program areas, and engage them in school readiness activities. They will also support classroom care and supervision of children as needed, assisting with tasks like food preparation and cleanup to allow teaching staff to focus on supervision. The role requires teamwork with teachers, site supervisors, and other staff to help families make choices aligned with their culture, roles, values, strengths, and beliefs, while adhering to agency policies and objectives.
