East Bay Community Action Program (EBCAP) is seeking a compassionate and resourceful Family Advocate - Housing to support individuals and families working toward stable housing and improved quality of life. In this role, you'll provide hands-on case management, conduct outreach throughout the community, connect clients with critical resources, and help families navigate challenges related to housing, health, and self-sufficiency. The Family Advocate - Housing provides enrollment, outreach, advocacy, and case management services for EBCAP's housing stabilization programs. This position works directly with individuals and families to assess needs, develop goals, coordinate services, and connect participants with resources that support long-term housing stability and overall well-being. The role also supports grant-funded initiatives through data collection, reporting, community engagement, and program compliance activities.
