About The Position

Soccer Shots is seeking passionate interns who want to make a positive impact on children and families in their community! We are the leader in youth soccer development! Our internationally recognized program offers a high-energy, fun, age-appropriate introduction to youth sports. Soccer Shots blends education, soccer, and FUN into high-energy soccer sessions for kids ages 18-months to 8 years old throughout the DC/MD/VA area at local preschools, elementary schools, community centers, and parks. Our goal is simple: To leave a lasting, positive impact on every child we serve! This internship is primarily a coaching role, allowing you to lead fun, engaging soccer sessions while also gaining experience supporting community events, business operations, and marketing initiatives in the office.

Requirements

Passion for positively impacting children’s lives through the love of sports and fitness!
Must be at least 18 years of age
Prior experience working with children is preferred
Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle that is insured
Reliable transportation is required.
Interns must be able to commute to our Burtonsville office (3919 National Drive, Burtonsville, MD 20866 - Suite 300) and travel to coaching sites located approximately 30–45 minutes away
Must be able to pass a background check
