Here, you will make an impact by: Prioritizing key account Fall Protection opportunities in the Virginia market Managing Fall Protection penetration within key end-user and distributor customers Providing Fall Protection regional training and support to both internal core sales team and external customer base utilizing a Fall Protection demo truck Supporting training program development and materials with Training Managers Assisting in prioritization of key new Fall Protection products This position requires driving a company vehicle, which will require pre-employment and ongoing review of motor vehicle history for candidates who are offered and hired for this position.

Requirements

High School Diploma/GED or higher (completed and verified prior to start) and seven (7) years of Fall Protection and/or Safety industry products experience in a private, public, government, or military environment OR Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution and three (3) years of Fall Protection and/or Safety industry products experience in a private, public, government, or military environment
Current, valid Driver’s License
Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).

Nice To Haves

Five (5) years of sales experience in a private, public, government, or military environment
Experience with Fall Protection product categories
Safety Industry experience, Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
Experience selling through Industrial and Construction Distribution
Experience selling PPE to end-user companies
Ability to lift 50lbs, climb ladders, and walk uneven surfaces

Responsibilities

Prioritizing key account Fall Protection opportunities in the Virginia market
Managing Fall Protection penetration within key end-user and distributor customers
Providing Fall Protection regional training and support to both internal core sales team and external customer base utilizing a Fall Protection demo truck
Supporting training program development and materials with Training Managers
Assisting in prioritization of key new Fall Protection products
Responsibilities of this position include that corporate policies, procedures and security standards are complied with while performing assigned duties.
