Within that structure, the US disposition team is responsible for delivering mechanistic ADME support for both small and large (mAb, oligos) modalities with a focus on high quality. As a DMPK intern, you will gain hands-on experience in understanding the ADME profile of drugs, and to conduct in vitro assays to support small and large modalities (ADC, oligos etc).
