About The Position
Assist with camp duties, including providing quality instruction to youth camp participants during the 2026 Fall Semester. Duties may include coaching, classroom instruction, conditioning, counseling, and related duties. Work performed at this level is done independently of supervision. Provide supervision to student employees at the Student Master 1 Undergrad level.
Requirements
- Requires the highest level of technical Softball expertise.
- Ability to work unsupervised.
- Will be required to complete and pass an FBI FIngerprint background check.
- Softball playing experience at a senior level.
Nice To Haves
- Former youth camp experience is preferred but not required.

- Perform complex activities in the field; students engaged in such activity may be responsible for completion of tasks assigned with no supervision of administrative staff.

- Maintain a professional environment for fellow employees and clients.
- Approve supervisory functions and provide expert leadership.
